All products are handmade or made to order. Colors and details may vary slightly from photos due to the nature of 3D printing and the handmade process. This is not a defect—it's what makes each piece unique.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase.

Shipping

Processing times vary depending on the product. 3D printed items may take longer as they are made to order. Shipping times depend on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather.

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for replacement.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this site are the property of The Nutthouse and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without explicit written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant you rights to the design itself—only the physical item you received.

Age Restrictions

Some products are marked as "Adults Only" and are intended for customers 18 years of age or older. By purchasing these items, you confirm that you meet the age requirement.

Limitation of Liability

The Nutthouse and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Products are sold as-is for decorative or personal use. We are not responsible for any injury or damage resulting from misuse of products.
