Why No Refunds?

Every item is made to order. 3D prints are created specifically for your order, and apparel is printed on demand. Once we start making it, it's yours.

Damaged or Defective Items

We pack everything carefully, but shit happens. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement.

This doesn't cover damage from normal wear, misuse, or "I changed my mind."

Wrong Item or Missing Order

If we messed up and sent the wrong thing, or your order never showed up, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Sizing Issues (Apparel)

Please check the size guide before ordering. We can't accept returns because something doesn't fit. When in doubt, size up.
